Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager, where we actively seek an experienced professional with a background in Commercial Door and Framework projects. In this role, you will take charge of overseeing subcontractors and installers, ensuring the seamless coordination and efficient execution of projects. Your expertise in reading blueprints, strategic scheduling, and managing material delivery will be crucial. Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee execution for multiple active commercial door and framework projects.
- Collaborate with teams for timely submission of submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Conduct takeoffs of project sites, ensuring timely material procurement with the purchasing team.
- Work closely with sub-contractors and installation teams to ensure accurate and timely project completion.
- Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Vet and manage additional material requests, ensuring efficient product control in the field.
- Act as the primary contact for builders and contractors, maintaining strong communication and addressing concerns promptly.
Project Manager Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in project management of commercial door and framework projects within the Construction and Building Materials industry.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in project management software (experience with COMSENSE is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and coordinate with diverse teams.
- Thorough understanding of safety protocols and commitment to quality standards.
- Proven track record of adhering to project timelines and delivering successful projects.
- Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple (5-12) projects simultaneously.
