About the Job
Overview:
Manage project from point of sale to point of completion serving as the main liaison between the customer and various departments within Betco as well as outside vendors.
Responsibilities:- Maintain documentation in the electronic file system.
- Update and maintain production and delivery schedule. Notify departments of upcoming projects.
- Verify contract terms are established and deposit is received.
- Establish and maintain relationship with customer, keeping customer up to date on various stages of the job.
- Coordinate with Field Superintendent to ensure site is inspected in timely manner.
- Complete labor pricing schedule for crew.
- Prepare sub-contractor contract and packet.
- Ensure vendor releases and forklift orders are made in timely manner.
- Process crew payment draws per contract.
- Assist customers and crews with questions related to design and construction.
- Submit billing advices to accounting.
- Initiate sales order revisions, change orders, and backcharges as required.
- Work to complete job within contract timeframes and within budget
- Other duties as assigned.
- Previous Customer Service experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. Three to five years related experience required.
- Previous experience in Construction or Manufacturing preferred.
- Intermediate computer skills required.
- Exceptional communication, multitasking, and organizational skills are required
- Some travel required.
