Project Manager - Stand8

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to lead the effective management of all designated wireless projects, ensuring they meet budget and schedule requirements. The Project Manager will coordinate all deliverables and requirements across a cross-functional team, overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from inception through to completion. This role is responsible for ensuring all projects adhere to the contract terms, company policies, and customer timelines. You will be the key point of contact for resolving issues and identifying potential risks in project schedules and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from inception to completion, coordinating contracting, RF design, equipment ordering, permitting, construction, site acquisition, optimization, and close-out.
• Ensure all activities are completed on time, within budget, and according to the contract/LSO.
• Oversee external vendors to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
• Develop and maintain accurate project plans and budgets, direct close-out of completed jobs, and ensure receipt of all required documentation.
• Lead internal and external deployment meetings with managers and team members to review job status and implement changes as necessary for on-time project completion.
• Attend customer deployment meetings to provide comprehensive job status reports and resolve any issues that arise.
• Ensure accurate and complete project files are maintained and close-out documents are distributed in a timely manner per corporate and customer standards.
• Maintain complete accuracy in the project tracking system for all jobs.

Education/Certifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred

Experience/Minimum Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of wireless project management experience or 3 to 5 years of project management experience in any industry
• Experience managing project budgets or related financial experience
• Customer-facing project management experience

Skills/Abilities

• Advanced knowledge of telecommunications/wireless project management, asset management, tower maintenance, and property management
• Understanding of Public and Private right-of-way project deployment, including regulatory and permitting processes
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and civil construction methods, as well as tower/rooftop structural details
• Ability to diagnose workflow problems, identify critical paths, and implement solutions
• Financial acumen, including the ability to read and understand financial metrics and resolve financial issues
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage and process multiple data streams
• Knowledge of construction services: Telco, power, fiber, basic construction, vendor equipment requirements, and antennas

Additional Details

The base range for this contract position is $45 - $55/per hour, depending on experience.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
