JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Workflow- Assists in the facilitation of workflow analysis and improvement. Uses standard techniques to facilitate change management plans.
* Project Management- Develop and manage low complexity project plans and assist in the development and management of moderately complex projects. Maintain issues lists, meeting minutes, agendas, status reports and other project artifacts. Organize project meetings. Provide regular updates and escalate issues as necessary.
* Customer Service- Develop understanding of change management processes and activities. Model outstanding customer service including timely follow-up and prompt escalation.
* Process Improvement- Develop ability to analyze technology capabilities and future needs, including drafting requirements documents and vendor selection processes. Develop IT domain knowledge where appropriate and coordinate expert resources where necessary.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience
* No experience required
