EMO is budgeted for 5 EMO Project Manager contractors (100% funded by LOBs -Bank and COAF)
The target state for PM support in 2025 is 3 PM contractors.
In order to meet BAU demand in addition to the Engagement Manager bulk template migration work, we need to maintain a headcount of 5 total contractors thru November.
We are not going to backfill Dexter Adair, whose 3 year contract will end on 11/27. This will bring our PM count to 4.
We are not going to backfill Shane Mitchell, whose 3 year contract will end on 1/31/2025. This will bring our PM count to 3.
We are leveling up the job description for the 2 new contractors to align with OM 1.4 E2E PM target state and we are adding skills needed to perform as a Message Producer (Taxi Builder).
