firstPRO is in search of a highly proficient PMP Project Manager with a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record of effectively steering intricate projects, showcasing leadership skills, and ensuring the timely delivery of top-tier results. This hands-on role demands outstanding communication, organizational prowess, and leadership capabilities. The selected candidate will be integral in overseeing project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and implementing robust project management methodologies. Familiarity with AP platforms is essential to support the rollout, and periodic data analysis and management are also part of the role. This is a 100% remote, long term consulting assignment, with compensation of up to $80/hr., based on experience.

- Manage multiple projects, overseeing scope, cost, and schedule.
- Assist the Finance Program Director in large enterprise and strategic projects, including internal resource loading, external vendor management, and contractual deliverables.
- Handle project plans, scheduling, resourcing, and facilitate relevant meetings.
- Manage sub-projects, creating essential documents such as business cases, charters, project plans, communication plans, change plans, and business readiness plans.
- Proactively identify and address risks and complexities that may impact the project, executing multiple concurrent tasks.
- Accept feedback and change requests from the SVP of Finance.
- Provide progress reports and status updates on a weekly basis.
Requirements:

- 8-10 years of solid Project Management experience.
- PMP Certification is a must.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- 8-10 years of experience using standardized project management tools (RAID logs, Change Management, etc.).
- Proficient in Data Analysis and Data Management.
