Project Manager II - TechGuard Security

Position Description:

• Provide staff/project support for Cyber National Mission Force (CNMF) Commander's Action Group (CAG).
• Manage engagements, materials, and information for senior CNMF leadership interactions with Combatant Command (CCMD) senior leadership and other key leaders/stakeholders.
• Coordinate CNMF leadership communications across subordinate J-Directorates and the Executive Aide Staff in order to ensure the intent, messages and themes for CNMF are synchronized, harmonized, clear and consistent. The goal is command communications "with one voice."
• Coordinate input and craft presentations, papers, and materials IAW CNMF senior leadership direction for command projects, proposals, and initiatives.
• Coordinate and complete USCYBERCOM HHQ staff and operational tasking.
• Remain conversant with vision, mission and intent of CNMF Commander and issues considered by the Service and functional-area Joint Force Headquarters-Cyber (JFHQ) commands.
• Coordinates with USCYBERCOM staff to coordinate and complete administrative and operational HHQ's taskings.
• Translate actions contained in the Command Operational Directive to staff and track completion status.
• Perform ad hoc tasks in execution of Commander's cyber mission priorities as required.

  Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Project Management, Business Management, Economics, Political Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Law, Government Contracting, Finance/Accounting, or related discipline.

• Understands Cyber Mission and grasps implications of policy and operations in cyberspace.

• Highly Desired:

• Prior work as a Staff/Action Officer working in support of senior military leadership.
• Awareness and skill in properly addressing protocol requirements for internal/external engagements.
• Experience in fast-paced environment directly supporting the senior leadership of an organization.
• Demonstrated maturity in communications, professional in manner. Possesses judgment and discretion handling sensitive information and "need to know."
• Demonstrated initiative in executing past roles and responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized, flexible with tasking, and has strong ability to multitask.
• Strong functional capabilities in PowerPoint.

Clearance Requirements: TS/SCI with CI Poly level security clearance required.
