Responsibilities:
- Establishes a rapport with our client and the project owner to gain an understanding of their needs and expectations.
- Tracks and manages project profitability.
- Manages the Introba project team to complete and deliver submittals on schedule.
- Maintains and updates master project schedule information for use by the Introba project team.
- Initiates and conducts ongoing project coordination meetings between the Introba project team and the project Owner, Architects, Program Manager, GC, and other project consultants.
- Elevates any issues related to medical equipment to the Client’s project team and ensures they are tracked and addressed.
- Provides project medical equipment budget updates to the project Owner as required.
- Manages project invoicing.
- Identifies situations where additional services are needed, and works with Introba Business Development team to generate add service proposals for the Client.
- Assists the Introba Business Development team in drafting and negotiating contracts.
- Coordinates with Introba procurement and logistics managers to ensure their project deliverables are met.
- Travels to project sites on a regular basis for meetings, site inspections, and other coordination activities.
- Fosters on-going client relationships and ensures overall client satisfaction is maintained.
- Manages overall project lifecycle from inception through to lessons learned close-out including but not limited to planning, construction administration, procurement, and installations
- Reviews warehousing and other third-party payment requests and recommends approval or revision.
- Serves as central communication point and frontline for addressing project expectations internally and externally
- Conducts internal project team project kick-off meetings for all managed projects.
- Maintains project profitability within Introba guidelines.
- Ensures project responsibility matrices adapted by the project team are in line with Introba contracted scope of work
- Client survey responses are favorable, and any reasonable client issues are promptly addressed.
- Ensures internal project team completes and submits project deliverables on time.
- Provides monthly invoicing information to Introba accounting in a timely manner.
- 1-3 years proven success as a Project Manager for construction/renovation projects in a healthcare environment
- Ability to read, understand, track, and develop budgets, cash flows, and schedules.
- Highly organized, works independently, is task driven, and able to meet multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail is required, as are excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer proficiency, including MS Word, Excel, and knowledge of project management software.
