As a Project Manager you will:
- Oversee all aspects of a project, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Developing project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Leading project teams and coordinating activities to ensure that project goals are met.
- Monitoring project progress and identifying and addressing issues or risks.
- Communicating with stakeholders and senior management to provide updates on project status.
- Managing project budgets and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget.
- Ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with project stakeholders and external partners.
- Leading project meetings and facilitating discussions to drive project progress.
- Managing project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
- Supporting the development and implementation of project management best practices and processes.
This is a full-time role
Ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, including Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, or Construction Engineering preferred
- Strong Utility PM experience (5+ years).
- Financial & forecasting acumen
- Experience managing medium voltage (12kV - 69KV) utility projects
- Contract management experience
- Ability to manage a portfolio of >25 projects in all stages of initiation, scope definition, design, construction, and closeout.
- Access to a car is required to report in-office or to a jobsite at least 3 days a week
- Proficient in reading electrical prints
- Understanding of Sarbanes Oxley accounting & forecasting principals
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, Asset Suite 8 experience
- Experience with Primarily Community Solar projects involving feeder line extensions, substation upgrades, and contractual relationship with the customer/developer.
- Real Estate easement, zoning, and permitting experience is a plus

Salary
$70 - $75 per annum
