Adecco is seeking a talented Hybrid Project Manager to join our client’s team in Oakbrook Terrace, IL. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. Your expertise in project management methodologies will be instrumental in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications:
3-5 years of utility project management experience.
PMP certification is mandatory.
Proven experience in the utility industry is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Lead project teams and coordinate activities to ensure project goals are achieved.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, to provide regular project updates.
Manage project budgets and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
Ensure projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders and external partners.
Facilitate project meetings and discussions to drive project progress.
Manage project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
Contribute to the development and implementation of project management best practices.
Pay Details: $80.00 to $84.00 per hour
