We are seeking an experienced Switchgear, Switchboard, Industrial Control Panel quotations expert.Ideal candidate will have industry experience in the power distribution field with workingknowledgeandanunderstandingofthecorebusinessunitsthatmakeup companies electrical products division.

This is a full-time position.Typical working hours will be Monday – Friday with hours ranging from 7:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.Overtime will be available and/or mandatory at management’s discretion.

SpecificDutiesInclude:

·Providepricingandleadtimeonstandardcatalogtypeproducts.

·Providepricingandleadtimeestimatesoncustomapplicationsbasedoninquiresandpublicly available bid projects.

·Utilizesindustryknowledgeandexpertiseinmakingjudgementsregardingspecificproductor project requirements.

·Proactivelyworkswithsales,engineering,andproductionteamstomeetcustomerneeds and resolve issues.

·Provideexcellentcustomerservicewithtimelyfollow-upsandresponsetoinquiries.

·Activelyparticipatesincoordinating,analyzingandactinguponinformationandfeedbackof customer needs or requests.

·CoordinateswithcustomerservicerepresentativestoentersalesordersinERPsystem, delivering all applicable sales documents and specifications.

·ParticipatesinsalesactivitiesandindustryeventstopromotethegrowlofCompanybusiness.

·Verifiesshippinginformationanddates,priortoshipment(contact,addressspecial requirements).

Skillsand Qualifications:

·Minimum4-5years’experience.

·KnowledgeofElectricalPowerDistributionEquipmentrequired.

·ExperiencewithanERPsystem.

·WorkingknowledgeofMicrosoftOfficeproducts,includingOutlook,Excel,Word,PowerPoint.

·Abilitytopassbackgroundanddrugtestpriortoemployment.

·Abilitytoworkinateamenvironmenttoaccomplishdailytasks.

·Superiorproblemsolving,projectmanagementandanalyticalskills.

·Demonstratedabilitytoworkindependentlymakingsounddesigndecisionsforaweekatatime.
