Responsibilities:
* Lead Implementation Projects: Manage end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors modules, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, IT, and business leaders, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
* Engagement Plans: Create and execute comprehensive engagement plans to ensure user adoption and satisfaction with the new system.
* Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, and monitor progress against these plans.
* Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
* Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction, support, and motivation to achieve project goals.
* Change Management: Implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize disruption to business operations.
* Reporting: Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, risks, and issues.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery and outcomes.
Qualifications:
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on SuccessFactors implementation.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
* Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors modules and implementation methodologies.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
* Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
* Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
