We are currently looking for a Project Manager for Westchester Market.
The Project Manager is in charge of the communication and process flow from post-sale through installation at all contact points for Premier bath, Lifestyle bath and windows.
Responsibilities
- To maintain standards and uniformity for all install sites including appearance and Alure branding on vehicles, uniforms and job signage for all divisions.
- To be the point of contact for all installation benchmarks ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- To generate additional business by promoting referral program and add-on exclusive savings programs.
- To supervise post-install inspections to ensure 4 stars on guild quality surveys.
- To visit install sites to ensure standards and benchmarks are achieved.
- To report on mis-measures, mis-orders and re-orders and follow through resolutions to job completion.
- To be available to pull permits, measure jobs and attend to service calls.
- To assist Project Managers in developing and managing the recruiting, on-boarding and training process for installers and service technicians.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years experience as a Project Manager

- Base salary of 75000-85000 based on experience plus monthly incentive bonuses, and year-end bonus.
