Project Manager for the CEO - DENTALQORE

Are you an experienced Project Manager who excels at supporting high-level executives, managing key strategic projects, and ensuring operations run smoothly?

As the Project Manager for the CEO at DentalQore, you will be responsible for overseeing strategic initiatives while also handling executive administrative tasks, such as managing the CEO’s calendar, coordinating meetings, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. You will play a critical role in supporting the CEO by ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with company objectives. This position is a full time, in person position at our office in American Fork, Utah.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:

Within the first 45 days:

● Build a foundational understanding of the CEO’s goals, key projects, and strategic priorities.

● Organize and manage the CEO’s schedule for optimal efficiency.

● Begin overseeing small-to-mid-sized projects, ensuring deadlines are met and communication is clear.

● Ensure effective meeting management, taking notes during meetings and tracking action items for follow-up.

Within the next 3 months and ongoing:

● Oversee and manage key strategic projects that impact DentalQore’s long-term growth, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

● Demonstrate proficiency in managing the CEO’s calendar and project deliverables.

● Provide regular updates and reports to the CEO on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

● Improve processes to streamline both administrative support and project management.

Within the next 6-9 months and ongoing:

● Take ownership of major initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.

● Build a strong working relationship with the CEO, becoming a trusted partner in managing critical projects.

● Proactively manage key responsibilities for the CEO, identifying opportunities for delegation.

● Provide in-depth reporting on project progress, analyzing outcomes, and suggesting strategic improvements.

● Begin developing a long-term project management framework that integrates with other departments and aligns with company goals.

Within the next 12 months and ongoing:

● Lead multiple cross-functional projects that impact company-wide growth, ensuring all strategic goals for the year are met.

● Coordinate external relationships for the CEO, including partnerships and speaking engagements.

● Mentor other team members on best practices in project management and executive support.

● Regularly meet with the CEO to evaluate performance, assess project success, and strategize future initiatives.

● Take on additional leadership responsibilities as part of DentalQore's growth strategy.

EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.

● Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager is required.

● Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously is required.

● Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail is required.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

● Proficiency in Trello is highly preferred.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills is required.

● Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information is required.

● Professionalism, discretion, and tact when dealing with various stakeholders is required.
