We are seeking a motivated and career-driven professional to join our Space Mission Systems team as a Mid-Level Integrated Planning and Scheduling (IP&S) Analyst. This exciting opportunity is based in El Segundo, CA, and involves supporting our Government and Commercial Satellite Programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex integrated plans and schedules to meet program and project requirements.
- Ensure integration of project/program plans and schedules across various functions, product groups, suppliers, and partners.
- Identify, analyze, and report performance variances.
- Lead the review and management of schedule changes.
- Support the development of proposal plans, baseline execution schedules, and perform critical path analysis and what-if planning.
- Deliver IPMR Format 6 deliverables and participate in all aspects of IP&S activities.
- 3+ years of experience in finance, scheduling, industrial engineering, change management, strategy, program management, or project management.
- 3+ years of experience as a data or business analyst.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project.
- Active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- 3+ years of experience in applying Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology and analysis.
- 3+ years of experience using Milestone Professional.
