Summary/Objective:
In this role, the Project Supervisor will play a key role in organization’s strategy ensuring that there is a clear set of prioritized projects and that these are implemented as planned. In general, will work closely with the organizations Leadership team and Regional Operations Head, in coordinating the operations team towards achieving the goals and improving collaboration and communication within the team, with other areas, and with other functions.

- Project Lead on key projects with significant regional/national impact for Operations
- Build, manage and outline the project objectives and plans, setting performance requirements, and selecting project participants.
- Responsible for scope, set-up and roll-out prioritized projects as Project Manager
- Required to travel on-site to start-up and lead implementation of projects
- Must be able to carry out optimum utilization of resources- labor, materials and equipment.
- Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed.
- Responsible for clearly communicating and coordinating with the operation team(s) and other key stakeholders
- Ad hoc tasks for operations which include: Recruit, hire, train, and retain employees who can meet company performance objectives on inventory control and storage, shipping, receiving and exceptions.
- Responsible for creating an atmosphere that promotes employee involvement while communicating regularly with all employees keeping them abreast of our Company values and goals.

Required Education and Experience
- Must have a Bachelor's degree
- PMP Trained and Certified
- Must be able to demonstrate as a project lead on key projects with significant regional/global impact
- 3 years' experience in project supervising running large scale / multi-functional projects
- Must be able to scope, set-up and roll-out prioritized projects as Project Manager
- Ability to react to changes in the project environment to ensure and to protect project profitability
- Travel on-site to start-up and lead implementation of projects. Will be required to travel
- Build and manage project teams & build and manage project plans.
- Experience running a full life cycle in projects
- Manage project resources and manage projects effectively to stakeholders
- Intermediate-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Management Software Soft Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to influence with authority
$70k-$75k/yr.
