Project Test Manager Is the single point of contact leading testing for large or multiple small/medium scale projects/programs sponsored by BLPT Tech Executives. o Is a member of the Core Project Team working directly with Technology, Business and QA Leads and Managers. o Develop and drive testing strategy o Manages all testing efforts to ensure Production Readiness. o Is accountable and participates in all phases of testing deliverables (planning, data, testing goals, script creation, script execution, traceability, defect management, implementation support). o Is responsible for projects adherence to all Enterprise Testing Standards. o Communicates regularly with Senior Leaders via project meetings and status reports.

- 5+ years Project Test Management or related skills. “large scale efforts o Ability to create Test Strategy across multiple platforms and applications
- Experience in managing Software Testing-Development, Unit, SIT, UAT/BAT, End to End, PPV
- Agile and Waterfall Methodology experience
- Project management/PMP
- Enterprise Testing Standards knowledge/PMO background
- System Development lifecycle knowledge (Agile and Waterfall)
- Jira / Q-Test/ Client-ALM-Octane expertise
- Proven leadership ability o Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership
- Attention to detail
- Consumer /or Wealth Management Applications or LOB knowledge
- Project management/PTM- o PMP.
