Property and Casualty Insurance Customer Service Representative - Spherion

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Property and Casualty Insurance Customer Service Representative to join a local insurance team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to clients, assisting them with their insurance needs, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. If you have at least 1 year of experience working with Florida property and casualty insurance and are willing to obtain your 4-40 license within 90 days of employment then please see how to apply below.

Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, processing policy changes, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Assist clients in understanding their property and casualty insurance options, with a specific emphasis on Florida homeowners policies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and state regulations.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Support clients through the claims process, offering guidance and ensuring their needs are met.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Familiarity with Florida homeowners insurance policies is highly desirable

Education:
High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service, particularly within the property and casualty insurance sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle complex inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Willingness to obtain an insurance license with our support within 90 days of hire.
