About The Role:
As a CBRE Property Condition & Evaluation Analyst, you will prepare basic Property Condition Reports and note deficiencies observed by a professional in architecture, engineering, or construction management.
What You'll Do:
+ Assist with coordinating walk-through surveys to assess the condition of the property.
+ Interview property owners, occupants, and other key members to collect information.
+ Document repair costs, occupancy, maintenance and inspection reports, and more.
+ Take photographs of property systems and their condition.
+ Prepare estimated costs for repairs and improvements.
+ Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
+ Impact the quality of own work.
+ Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
+ Exchange straightforward information, asks questions, and check for understanding.

+ Bachelor's Degree with major in Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management required.
+ 3+ years of commercial building evaluation or commercial design experience preferred.
+ General understanding of building systems, including: site work, structural, building envelope, and MEP.
+ Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
+ Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
+ Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Property Condition Assessor position is $60,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Property Condition Assessor position is $72,800 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
