Role
As a Facility Maintenance Worker (also known as Property Maintenance Technician, Facility Services Associate), you'll be responsible for maintaining properties and facilities. This includes snow removal, minor repairs, painting, remodeling, equipment maintenance, HVAC filter replacement, light and switch replacement, plumbing, minor roof and gutter repairs, and maintaining outdoor recreational equipment.
