ATC has very high standards for performance and candidates must possess the following attributes to be considered:
- Prior relevant experience (minimum one year) as a property manager, preferably in multifamily residential communities.
- Knowledge of all federal, state, and local laws regarding property management.
- Customer focused mentality with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with various software, apps, and computer programs
- A polished, professional appearance.
- Ability to multi-task, delegate, train and lead a team in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Self-motivated, skilled time manager.
Preferred Qualifications (but not required)
- CALP (Certified Apartment Leasing Professional) Certificate.
- Fair Housing regulations.(1 year)
- Knowledge and experience with Property Management Software. (Yardi)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent. (or similar combination of education and experience)
The hours are M-F 8am-5pm (possibility of some weekend hours depending on the property and leasing demand).
