Job Description

The Company is seeking a seasoned, highly motivated and leadership-driven Property Manager for our community in Moorhead, MN.

Responsibilities include all aspects of apartment community management such as training and supervision of staff, leasing, marketing of the property, property projects and working with the regional manager on all life safety issues that arise at the property to assure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations.

The qualified candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in apartment community management.

Must be customer-service driven and computer literate with the ability to multi-task.
