The Group Medicare Proposal Development Professional reviews solicitations and prepares routine contract review associated with RFPs and facilitates contract finalization. Also prepares simple requests for proposals (RFPs)/request for renewals (RFRs).
The Group Medicare Proposal Development Professional is primarily responsible for reviewing moderate to complex solicitations and preparing routine contract reviews associated with RFPs and facilitates contract finalization.
In addition:
+ This Professional communicates contract review procedures to internal business teams
+ Analyzes contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions and facilitates review with appropriate internal business partners to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, corporate policies and business unit procedures
+ Prepares required RFP/RFR documentation, including contract/terms and conditions redlines and/or exceptions documents for prospective clients to ensure timely and coordinated submittal
+ Prepares, organizes and maintains contract records and facilitates discussion with Account Management Team regarding current contracts.
+ May also prepare simple requests for proposals (RFPs)/request for renewals (RFRs) including full-scale project management, written narratives, and production necessary for final external delivery.
+ Scope of work includes pre-bid strategy build, capture management, proposal submission, follow-up and finalist presentations, protest consideration, and post-award debrief/competitive intel gathering.

Required Qualifications
+ 2 years general business/proposal or contract-related experience
+ Demonstrated ability to quickly analyze and organize a large amount of information and determine impacted internal partners
+ Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities and work in a very fast-paced environment
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills to include presentation skills
+ Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop collaborative working relationships across multiple functional areas in the organization or with consumers
+ Consultative skills which include ability to assess, understand the consumer and make recommendations
+ Ability to work independently
+ Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
+ Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on winning new Group Medicare business
Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree with business emphasis or other degree
+ Organizational skills necessary to effectively manage multiple activities
+ Experience with public sector contract review
+ Project Management experience
+ Group Medicare experience is preferred

Work at Home/Remote Requirements
· WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.
· A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.
· Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
· A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$57,700 - $79,500 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
