Client is seeking a paralegal or similar to assist the Public Records Request (PRR) unit with the Bureau of HealthCare Safety and Quality.
General Duties and Responsibilities
****THIS WILL BE A HYBRID POSITION. ONCE TRAINED,CANDIDATE MAY BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK REMOTELY 3 DAYS PER WEEK AND IN THE OFFICE TWO DAYS PER WEEK***

Client is seeking a paralegal or similar to assist the Public Records Request (PRR) unit with the Bureau of HealthCare Safety and Quality.
General Duties and Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, resourceful, work well under pressure, have good judgment , and be able to effectively multitask
- Provides day-to-day coordination and support for all phases of the public records request response process, including the collection, processing, review, and production of documents.
- Drafts and reviews correspondence and other documentation, as necessary.
- Provides support to the PRR Liaisons with document management, responding to document requests, and managing production calendars.
- Uses and maintains document databases, including electronic document databases.
- Interfaces with attorneys and agency staff.
