Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to support our PR team in managing external communications and enhancing our brand’s reputation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for public relations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating press releases, media kits, and public statements.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on public perception.
- Develop and maintain media lists and manage press outreach efforts.
- Support event planning for press conferences, brand launches, and other PR activities.
- Respond to inquiries from the media and other organizations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align PR strategies with broader company goals.
- Help maintain a positive brand image through consistent, strategic communications.
Skills Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with media relations and public relations principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in PR or communications is a plus.
