Pulmonary Coordinator - Continental Care and Rehabilitation

Continental Care and Rehabilitation is looking for a dynamic individual to lead, guide and direct our Pulmonary Program.

As Pulmonary Cooridator  you will establish polices and procedures to achieve positive and measurable clinical outcomes.

Required Qualifcations:

Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse

Preferred canditate should have 2 years of related Pulminary experience within a hospital, nursing home, or other related health care facility

Knowledgeable of skilled nursing home regulations, procedures, laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long-term care. 

This position ranges from $83k-$93k annual salary, depending on experience.
