Job Description
Describe the principal mission of the position o Ensure flawless Monthly reporting, Perform ad hoc analysis and support Purchasing Tools & Methodology implementation as defined by Group Purchasing Management. Participate to improvement workshops upon request. o Group/BG/PL: Ensure enforcement of related Purchasing instruction throughout Purchasing Controllers Network of his dependant entities. Create a team spirit throughout his network through animation of regular team meeting/webcasts.
Highlight the main responsibilities o Play an active role in Purchasing Budget settings to ensure coherence between Operations, Commodities and Region Axis, and compliance with GPS and Hana information, taking into account phasing per month and per levers. o Provide timely Purchasing reports relevant to his perimeter of responsibility out of information available in HANA, PuMa, GPS and MAF Rules compliant related to: Purchasing Productivities per levers Sourcing Committees and Sourcing Committee Metrics Supplier Panel Implementation of Purchasing Tools (VPSP, NBOH, Material Segmentation, Supplier Risk Assessment Tools...) Raw Material o Ensures strict compliance of information systems linked to reporting and management control (Puma/HANA/GPS) o Manages functionally the network of purchasing controllers of entities in his/her scope of responsibility. o Standardizes, proposes, implements and audits respect of VPM across his entities of his perimeter and makes them available in the Portal. o Supports suppliers risk mitigation evaluation, follows up and audits Suppliers introduction process o Anticipate and actively proposes countermeasures to any anomaly observed in reporting and/or management systems with support of related departments (IS, PuMa team, Finance) o Actively proposes improvement in reports, tools, systems and processes. o Liaise with Finance Department for any topics related to Budget and Reporting. o In his role as Commodity Controller (for BG Purchasing Controller exclusively) : Validates PMR (Purchase Price Modification Request) Refer to BG Financial Director and/or GCD in case of large or unexpected price variations KPIs : o Data Accuracy in various systems HANA,GPS, PuMa for purchasing related information o Reporting in time and right first time o Compliance of indicators to MAF rules
What education and education level are necessary for the position? Graduate Degree in Business Economics and/or Finance Experience in controlling in industrial company
We are looking for a candidate who has 1-2 years experience. The ideal candidate would be highly proficient in Excel and Powerpoint.
