The PCard team touches the lives of everyone in the state, especially here on campus: from facilities construction to laptops, health services to libraries, and all the awesome on-campus events.By working as the PCard manager in Financial Services at the U, not only will you be able to help the university meet its goals, but you will also impact the university and our community for years to come.The PCard program manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and/or controlling all aspects pertaining to administrative functions of the purchasing card program. You will need to demonstrate excellent customer service, for both internal and external customers. In this position you put the brakes on fraud by managing an audit team to ensure cardholders comply with expectations, so any experience with auditing or fraud detection is a plus. Additionally, we are currently implementing a new software solution for all campus cardholders, so experience managing change and implementing process improvements for large scale processes is critical.Why should you join the University of Utah?
