We are currently seeking a dedicated team member to join our financial team in supporting administrative and procurement responsibilities for our property management portfolio. The individual will be reporting to the VP of Financial Operations and should be willing to strive to exhibit Monarch's core values of being a highly capable professional. As well as committed to actively working to protect managed real estate assets and maintain high levels of satisfaction that benefit the surrounding communities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Purchasing
- Coordinating with suppliers/vendors
- Regional maintenance administrative support
- Preparing notices
- Keeping track of preventative maintenance schedules and procurement timelines
- Petty cash reconciliation
- Asset directory maintenance
- 1st on phones - after training
- Entering invoices
- Paying bills
- Other duties as required within the beyond the scope of this job description as assigned to support office staff
Education:
High school diploma
Experience:
Minimum of one year experience in a clerk or administrative position, basic bookkeeping knowledge, must be proficient in Microsoft office/excel, detail oriented and possess strong math skills. Experience in rental housing a plus. Must display track record of being a part of and actively participating in setting a team atmosphere.

Job Type:
Full-time with health insurance benefits, vacation and sick paid time off
Office Location:
Lewisburg, PA
Pay:
$15.00 - $19.00 per hour
