Job Description:
Candidate Must have Good Banking Experience
" 10 to 12 years of Software Testing experience
" at least 2 years of strong test project leading experience
" Strong test automation knowledge (preferably Tosca but not mandatory)
" Good understanding in testing APIs
" Understanding of QA principles (tracking, analysing, reporting, problem resolution and training)
" Thorough knowledge of the entire SDLC, testing methodologies and their direct implementation to projects
" Good knowledge in Agile & waterfall methodologies
" Have experience in Jira & JTMF / any other test management tool
" Experience in co-ordination with multiple teams
" Lead the testing effort and develop testing strategies to plan, construct and execute release tests
" Ensure alignment with project test delivery documentation
" Strong written and verbal communications skills
" Experienced in tracking risks & dependencies
" Good in stakeholder communication, status reporting
" Responsible for the formal quality assurance role in audits/reviews
" Preferred to have experience of leading testing in Banking project
