About the Job
Hourly Rate Negotiable. T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking a result-driven area supervisor for Bakersfield and surrounding areas to join our T.R.A.C. team and help serve all clients and those whose families served in the military as well. The candidates must be able to collaborate as a team and to be able to support one another as we assist all with being able to overcome the obstacles associated with the diagnoses, together. Also, he or she must be able to supervise those that are obtaining their BCBA certifications per the board.

BCBA Requirements:
- Must have obtained a BCBA certification and be in good standing with the BACB.
- LARA License
- Certification obtained to be able to supervise others working to be able to sit for the BCBA exam.
- Must care about clients reaching their personal and professional goals.
- Must be able to model and then have other technicians model the task as well to assure that he or she is trained.
- The candidate must be able to prepare technicians to run their sessions based on the authorizations which are medically necessary in order for the technicians, together with the clients to better reach their goals.
- Must be able to show while also honoring HIPAA, previous or mock assessments, programs and/or materials.
- Must be able to conduct and write accurate assessments based on the clients individual needs.
- Must be able to collaborate and work in a team environment.
- Must be able to demonstrate the care and commitment for the technicians and others to succeed as much as you want to succeed.
- Must be able to work one-on-one with technicians to assure that they are working alongside with you.
QBHPs: Must have Masters Degree in the field of ABA
BCaBA: Must have LARA License and the certification issued by the BACB as a BCaBA
Responsibilities:
- The candidates must be able to write result-driven programs and approximately 2 programs for each requested hour of authorizations that take a minimum of 15-20 minutes to complete.
- All must be able to work collaboratively and discuss cases (struggles and areas where all were successful) in order for the team to be able to help all clients and their family members to reach their goals.
- All must be able to turn in the assessments to the clinical director or clinical coordinator for review prior to submitting them.
- Assessments must be able to be conducted in a fashion that is objective with goals that assist the client with being able to overcome the obstacles associated with their diagnoses.
- Family guidance and supervision must be conducted in such a way that assists the technician together with the client to be able to reach their personal and professional goals.
- Must have knowledge of conducting writing/assessments, and writing and implementing programs and targets.
- Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of conducting assessments and reviewing assessments per the job description (AFLS, VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R
Credentialing Documentation:
- Resume.
- Transcripts.

- SS Card ( or eligibility to work with the USA).

- Negative TB Test.
- Any and all documents pertaining to the position.
