Factory hours are Mon-Thurs 6:00am to 4:30pm.
Salary Description: $20 - $25
Responsibilities:
Work with the QC Supervisor and Plant Manager to maintain Quality Control processes and documentation. Identify opportunities for improvement in the Quality Control department as well as any other departments that Quality Control interacts with.
Inspection / Day-to-Day Activities
- Perform day to day inspections on parts produced in Press, Assembly and Plating
- Perform inspection on incoming items (items from vendor taping, plating, etc.)
- Perform incoming inspection on purchased items
- Write and track NSM’s and IRN’s (improve process where needed)
Metrics
- Monitor and improve throughput in the QC department
- Introduce, track and publish metrics that drive efficiency within the inspection process
- Track and publish scrap data (pieces, dollars, quantities and rates)
- Establish benchmarks and goals for continuous improvement within the department

In addition to our full line of terminals and connectors the company also offers a full range of automatic application equipment which is used by the end user to produce finished products.
