Salary Range: $65k - $90k+ Permanent Position with Benefits.
Wooster, Ohio manufacturer is seeking to hire a skilled Quality Assurance Manager to monitor all processes and inspections for compliance to standards.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.

Wooster, Ohio manufacturer is seeking to hire a skilled Quality Assurance Manager to monitor all processes and inspections for compliance to standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Graduate (Associate or Bachelor degree preferred)
- Four-Year College Engineering, Engineering Technology or Technical Degree (and/or related experience)
- Experience in an industrial environment is preferred, entry level candidates with high degree of schooling in manufacturing quality control management will be considered
- Maintain the quality control department personnel, training requirements, procedures, records and analysis
- Investigate problems and formulate corrective actions
- Assist with design reviews and evaluations of new products
- Perform formal and informal internal audits
- Interview and train quality control employees as needed
- Plan, assign, and lead quality team, oversee performance of employees in the quality department
- Familiar with vulcanized rubber, polyester, textile fibers / plastic, and paper products manufacturer for the electrical, automotive, medical, aerospace, military, and packaging industries is a plus
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Possible occasional travel (up to 10%) may be required.
