- Complaint Handling: Track, investigate, and respond to customer complaints.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain quality standards for products and processes.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and relevant software tools-i.e. MS 365.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years’ experience required.
