Quality Control Inspector - Salem, Ohio - JOB 24-00020
Salary Range: $40k - $52k Permanent Position with Benefits.
Salem, Ohio area manufacturer is seeking to hire an experienced Quality Control Inspector to monitor machining, welding, and assembly operations.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.

Salem, Ohio area manufacturer is seeking to hire an experienced Quality Control Inspector to monitor machining, welding, and assembly operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Graduate (Associate Degree is a plus)
- Perform dimensional inspections on materials and assemblies as well as final inspections on material prior to shipping
- Test employees' welding skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to complete ISO compliant inspection reports
- Review mechanical quality requirements, standards, drawings, major and minor characteristics, Geometric Dimensions and Tolerances and make recommendations for improvements to these documents and design requirements
- Evaluate the quality of material, products and services
- Perform pressure testing on gas tight welds, and inspect for leaks
- Working knowledge of AWS and ASME codes
- Able to effectively read and understand blue prints
