About the Job
We are looking for a Quality Coordinator who wants to work in a hands-on production environment at a clean, climate-controlled facility manufacturing parts for the aerospace industry. Candidate can opt for first, second, or weekend shift. There are shift differentials for off shift work. You should possess strong attention to detail, and be committed to compliance with applicable specifications, workmanship standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
● Perform inspection of incoming, in-process and outgoing product:
● Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications for part inspection
● Use measurement and test equipment (e.g., calipers, thread gages, profilometers, CMM, etc.)
● Complete inspection records as required
● CMM programming skills in PC-DMIS are a plus
● Assist with control of nonconforming products: Identification, segregation, communication, problem solving, and disposition as required
● Assist in continual improvement efforts.
