The Green Energy Customer Service Representative represents the community solar farm and is responsible for educating homeowners on available renewable energy options. As the Green Energy Customer Service Representative, you will deliver engaging presentations and facilitate the enrollment process for all new customers.
Entry Level Key Responsibilities:
Speak directly with customers on behalf of the community solar farm
Memorize client information to communicate the benefits of the community solar farm
Build rapport with potential customers to secure referral opportunities
Attend all group meetings to learn best practices for speaking about clients
Ability to troubleshoot concerns and answers questions to satisfy customers
Assist with tracking brand exposure and sales data to communicate results
Ability to communicate with all levels of management, customers, and clients
Passion for working hands-on with the event process from beginning to end
