Quality Inspector (metal machining industry) - Cleveland, Ohio - JOB 24-00294

Salary Range: $55k - $65k Permanent Position with Benefits.

Cleveland, Ohio manufacturer is seeking to hire a Quality Inspector for the metal machining industry.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Graduate (Associate or trade school preferred)
• 4+ years' experience in Quality Control in a metal parts manufacturing environment
• Must be able to use a coordinate measuring machine (CMM)
• Supervisory skills preferred
• Visually inspect, measure parts for manufacturing accuracy
• Incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products inspection to verify dimensional accuracy using micrometer calipers, veneer height gauges, dial indicator gauges, plug gauges or other measuring devices
• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills to interact with team and customers as needed
• Knowledge to create and oversee PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
• 6:00am – 4:30pm Monday through Thursday with OT on Fridays as needed
