Quality Inspector
An employee first organization is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join their team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards before they are shipped to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections on all incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet company and industry specifications
- Identify defects and non-conformities in products and report them to the appropriate department
- Develop and maintain inspection procedures and protocols
- Train and supervise junior inspectors
- Work closely with the production team to implement quality control measures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce defects
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a quality control inspector or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
- Experience with inspection tools such as micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments
- Knowledge of quality control standards and regulations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in quality control or related field is a plus.
