As a Quality Inspector you will:
- Perform regular quality inspections on all incoming materials from suppliers, as well as outgoing products
- Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations
- Read drawings, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of materials and parts
- Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications
- Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality controls continuous improvement
- Document inspection outcomes by completing inspection plans and performance records
- Resolve quality-related immediate inspection needs in a timely manner
- High school diploma (or equivalent qualification) or higher
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of GD&T is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of measurement tools (Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauge etc.)
- Good mathematical and technical skills
- Proven experience as quality inspector or relevant role
- A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
- Responsible and trustworthy
