Job Title : Quality Manager

Pay Rate : $34+ DOE

Location: Curtis Bay, MD

Our client is a fast-growing company as a growing manufacturer of precision machined components for the aerospace industry, we are seeking detail-oriented problem solvers who take pride in their craft.

Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee quality control operations and ensure products meet high standards
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and documentation systems
- Train staff on quality control processes and conduct audits to ensure compliance
- Analyze product defects, non-conformances, and customer feedback to identify process improvements
- Measure quality metrics and generate reports to share progress with senior leadership

Skills Required:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role
- 5+ years of experience in machine inspection
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with quality management software
- Certification in quality control processes like Lean Six Sigma a plus
