Overview:
Are you a detail-oriented leader with a passion for quality control and continuous improvement? Connect Housing Blocks is looking for a Quality Manager to oversee and enhance our quality management processes. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards while leading initiatives to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do:
- Quality Leadership: Lead quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards.
- Data-Driven Improvements: Analyze quality data and implement corrective actions to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Production Managers to establish consistent quality control processes.
- Training: Oversee the training of production staff in quality standards and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Documentation: Manage the documentation of quality procedures, ensuring all information is accurate and easily accessible.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives aimed at reducing waste, improving efficiency, and enhancing product quality.
- Process Enhancement: Promote a culture of process improvement to boost productivity and ensure product reliability.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in a quality management role within a manufacturing environment.
- Skills: In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (ISO, Six Sigma) and methodologies.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Physical Demands:

The work environment includes exposure to moving mechanical parts and varying climate conditions. The noise level is typically moderate, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.
