Quality Tester - Associated Staffing Incorporated

Job Title: Quality Tester
Location: Holdrege, NEPay Rate: $17.50/hour  
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6 AM - 4:45 PM (overtime on Fridays as required; schedule may change)  
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire  

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Tester to monitor and improve quality assurance processes throughout an assembly line.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Monitor daily adherence to established quality standards and procedures recommending changes as necessary.
• Oversee the daily auditing of finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Investigate root causes of assembly defects and initiate corrective actions when required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues identified by customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support quality initiatives.

Job Skills Requirements:

• Basic reading, writing, math and computer skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of LEAN principles for continuous improvement.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in the primary language used in the work area is a plus.
