About the Job
Primary Duties
- Support Sales Managers with any sales related processes including sales, customer account creation and maintenance, reporting, Salesforce.com assistance, vendor registration, quotations, IDN/GPO contract administration, etc.
- Ensures all necessary documentation for contract creation and instrumentation processing is accurate and provided in a timely matter Sales Contracts Specialist.
- Manage CPQ approval queue, follow up with approvers, and generates completed quotes.
- Assist with various levels of sales documentation (account setup, vendor forms/ registration, etc.).
- Respond to Requests for Quotations (RFQ) and Bids within 24 hours.
- Work with various departments to resolve issues, such as shipping, materials, production, finance and legal.
- Assists with pricing maintenance.
- Assist with management of salesforce.com CRM
- Generate any requested sales reports.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Training & Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Marketing, related field or an equivalent combination of experience or education required. Additional schooling in sales/business administration a plus
Experience
2 years sales administration, customer service, sales support or related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with CRM systems.
- Basic knowledge of customer accounts
