RECEIVER FORKLIFT - Spherion

Now hiring for Receiver Forklift. Spherion of Connecticut currently has Receiver Forklift opportunities available to support our local, industry leading customer. Our Receiver Forklift will be working a first shift with limited required OT. The Receiver Forklift will support our customers for managing incoming goods and materials, ensuring accurate inventory records, and maintaining a smooth workflow in our warehouse. Mon thru Fri. Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
Operate forklifts to unload, move, and organize inventory in designated areas.
Verify and record incoming shipments, ensuring they match purchase orders and packing lists.
Communicate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve discrepancies or issues with received goods.
Maintain accurate records of all received inventory in company systems.
Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock adjustments.
Organize and clean the receiving area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
Adhere to all safety protocols when handling materials and operating equipment.
Support the warehouse team with other tasks as needed, particularly during peak season.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
