About the Job
Currently seeking a Temporary Receptionist for a Full-time temporary to possible permanent position in Lakeville, MA.
Responsibilities of Temporary Receptionist:
-Answer all incoming calls
-Greet customers as they enter facility
-Receive and distribute mail and faxes
-Answer customer service and billing related inquiries
-Assist in administrative tasks
-Enter data accurately into computer systems
-Maintain supply levels
-Send certificate of insurance and binders
-Perform other reception tasks as assigned
Requirements of Temporary Receptionist:
-Excellent data entry skills
-Great attention to detail and organizational skills
-Able to multi-tasks and prioritize
-Personable
-Good computer and technical skills
-Verbal and written communications skills
-Able to train in Brockton, MA for 3-5 days
Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
