Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome service customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Answer Phones.
- Make appointments from leads website for our internet team
- Identify and direct Sales Associates to their customer.
- Run any necessary errand required by the Sales department.
- Good organization and communication skills; ability to work independently, ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and remain calm under pressure, and the ability to work and deal diplomatically with all levels of Company personnel and customers.
- Relay messages in a timely manner.
- Ordering of office supplies and equipment as needed.
- Maintain Reception Area
Qualifications:
- Outgoing and positive demeanor and professional appearance
- Show up dressed appropriately and ready to work on time
- Are honest and willing to work hard
- Energetic, highly motivated, very detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Punctual with the ability to multitask and handle schedule flexibility
- Able to work weekends, Evenings, and holidays.
- able to work well in team Environment.
- Experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant.
- Microsoft Office skills, i.e. Excel, Word plus Gmail, Google docs , Google calendar
- Reliable

Required work authorization:
- United States
Vision, Dental, Healthcare, 401K, Vacation time.
Experience in customer relations and telephone handling recommended.
Knowledge of Automotive Dealership a PLUS
Valid driver's license.
Positive attitude
Need DMV with clean driving record
