Job Summary
The Regional Manager I role will support and lead CulinArt Group's operations in Metro NY and VA areas.
This outstanding role offers the opportunity to uphold world-class standards in a diverse and dynamic environment. while being responsible for achieving the company’s financial, programmatic, safety, regulatory compliance, marketing, and sales - standards and objectives for the Company. Plans and directs operations within an assigned client group to support the Key Performance Indicators.
Plans objectives for the region and ensures management complies with corporate, regional, and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Financial Responsibilities: Successfully implement strategic plans to achieve the company's financial objectives. Strictly monitor budgets and expenditures to ensure optimal financial performance.
+ Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring outstanding customer service and fulfillment.
+ Leading all Aspects of Operational Excellence: Lead all aspects of operational excellence to optimize efficiency. Ensure all operations meet regulatory compliance and corporate standards using standard processes.
+ People Management: Lead and encourage a team of professionals, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Mentor and support staff to achieve their full potential.
+ Administration: Manage administrative functions, including contract administration and office procedures, to ensure seamless operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Food Service / Hospitality management.
+ 15 years of Facilities Management experience in the same or similar role within the Food Service / Hospitality industry.
+ Facilities Management Certification (FMC)
+ Ability to communicate effectively in written formal and oral presentations from hourly staff to CEO level.
+ Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
+ Ability to maintain organization and control in an ever-changing environment
+ Must exhibit self-initiative, accountability, flexible, and good leadership skills as well as political savvy
+ Must possess a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures
