Location: Twin Cities Metropolitan Area (Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington Counties)

Position Overview:
Oasis Child and Family Services, you will work directly with children and families to implement individualized treatment plans focused on skill acquisition and behavior reduction. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCaBA and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. This is a rewarding position for individuals passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with developmental disabilities and behavior challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, center, and community settings
• Implement treatment plans designed to improve communication, social skills, and daily living activities
• Collect and record data on the client's progress toward treatment goals
• Attend Attend biweekly supervision meetings with a BCBA or BCaBA
• Participate in monthly staff meetings to collaborate with the team
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the client in all settings
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations set by the DHS and BACB
• Provide written and verbal progress updates to families and supervisors
• Complete required training, including DHS-mandated courses
Minimum Qualifications:
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Currently enrolled in or completed a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field (or 48 credit hours towards such a degree)
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or other developmental disabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to serve clients throughout the seven-county metro area
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with children with behavior challenges
• Experience in culturally responsive care for diverse populations
