Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to support project management activities, vendor management, and client deliverables within the health and welfare domain. This role offers the opportunity to enhance project management skills and business acumen while working on cutting-edge projects alongside industry leaders. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing smaller client projects, ensuring that deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management :
- Serve as the project manager and main point of contact for smaller clients, coordinating with consultants and local Health & Benefits (H&B) teams.
- Develop and manage project plans, monitor timelines and budgets, and ensure timely delivery of client projects.
- Schedule and manage status calls for active engagements to keep clients and internal teams aligned.
- Prepare initial and final drafts of client deliverables for review by senior consultants.
- For group purchasing clients, provide daily support to resolve benefit-related questions and update client enrollment materials.
- Client and Team Collaboration :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal cross-functional teams.
- Ensure clear, consistent communication across team members and clients to ensure all are informed on project progress.
- Client Deliverables :
- Produce and analyze reports based on client requirements, ensuring that all deliverables are accurate and meet quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven project management experience is required.
- Background in Human Capital or knowledge of health and welfare programs is preferred.
- Experience working with US-based consulting or healthcare firms is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously.
- Client service orientation with the ability to respond to communications in a timely and professional manner.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
